There has been quite a bit of talk of the bridal shop in Sioux City that has not conducted business in an honorable way in a previous Minnesota location. I don't know how much of it is true or speculation but from what I have read in our local paper, there are many complaints that need to be addressed. I feel really bad for the brides whose dresses never appeared.
Eric and I strive to make our clients more than satisfied. That doesn't mean we don't make mistakes, we're human, of course we do. We do, however, try to rectify any mistakes or errors to the best of our ability. That is the difference between a professional and an amatuer! If you would like, please leave a comment about our service, product and how we can improve, feedback would be greatly appreciated!
We do not advertise other than web and telephone book because we have such great clientel who tell their friends and family about us! Brides, grooms, please use a referral from someone you know before you hire anyone for any service for your special day. Ask those professionals for referrals for other reliable services in the industry. We recommend several disc jockeys, caterers, florist, cake bakers, printers, venues and videotaping. Just ask or stop by! We would be glad to help you find quality service and product for your wedding or other venue. One bad apple doesn't ruin the whole barrel!
