Eric and I love when we get to visit with people about photography, when we can share some info about photography, standing behind the camera and creating digital magic but we like to do other things sometimes. We visit with family and friends. I garden and walk. He works on an old motorcycle. I read and watch television. He and I are both addicted to Spider Solitar. Occasionally, we will do a "fun" project together outside of the world of photography, like redecorate a room, or strip a piece of furniture. Recently, we took an old door and turned it into a headboard and shelf. We have always re-invented items and designed things to work for us-partly because we are thrifty and partly because we are creative. If we don't find a way to express our creativity, both of us would explode! It's easier to show you the work in progress and the finished product than it is to explain it. We like it. This is our bedroom with the headboard and shelf, and yes, that is one of our images behind the leaded glass.
